Additionally pouch has two external flat pockets: one, on the front of the pouch with zipper closure, and second on the back, designed especially for Trauma Shears for quick access.Pouch is fixed to the panel with velcro. Additional webbing strap with side release buckle secures both Trauma Shears and pouch on its place giving quick access to both.
