Returns & Complaints
Within 14 days after receiving your order, you can return unused, originally packed and unworn items. After this period, a return is no longer possible. The following steps must be followed for a return:
1. Register a return
It is necessary that you pre-register your return in your customer profile. To do this, go to your orders there and select the menu item "Register return" for the respective order.
Follow the steps of the online form to the end.
2. Pack return
Put the original packed items safe for transport (stuffing material, ...) in the original or in your own shipping box. We cannot take back items with damaged original packaging or damage due to improper packaging.
Before sealing the package, enclose the printed return slip that you received via e-mail after your pre-registration (step 1).
3. Send return shipment
Take the prepared package to a branch or drop-off point of a parcel service provider of your choice (Post, GLS, UPS, DPD, Hermes, ...). Carefully keep the receipt you receive there until we receive your return and confirm receipt via email.
4. Processing of your return
We will process your received return as soon as possible and provide you with status updates via email. Please give our team a few days to get everything done correctly. We will keep you informed and get back to you if we have any questions!
